I am doing well, I feel good. I get dizzy a lot but otherwise I feel very good, and I appreciate how much more deeply I sleep. I think I went a few years without quality sleep. It definitely makes a difference!
My goal is 175lbs lost by one year out, and that is very reasonable. I am also really hoping to be at 200lbs lost by the time we go visit Ryan's family in October. That is also do-able but perhaps not quite as reasonable. A girl can hope though. That, and go to the gym. Ryan and I are determined to go to the gym more - we want to be hot ;)

In other news, Its a Mad Mad Mad Mad World is a long long long long movie. And its not very good.
